CompassCare Institute of Caregiving (CCIC) is seeking CPR instructors to teach classes on a contract basis.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Conduct CPR training sessions for diverse groups, ensuring participants grasp essential life-saving techniques. 
• Customize course content to align with industry standards and the specific needs of clients. 
• Provide clear and engaging instruction on CPR procedures, AED usage, and basic first aid skills. 
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CPR guidelines and techniques, incorporating any changes into training programs. 
• Evaluate participants' performance during training and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. 
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and tailor training programs accordingly. 
• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all participants. 
• Manage training materials, equipment, and resources effectively. 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• Certified CPR instructor with up-to-date credentials from reputable organizations. 
• Proven experience conducting CPR training sessions, preferably in a contractor or freelance capacity. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences. 
• Ability to adapt training approaches based on the specific needs of clients. 
• Organizational skills to manage course logistics, materials, and schedules. 
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
